"Delivering a sense of wilderness within an urban environment Sutton Park is an historic landscape covering an area of over 2,000 acres. Lying 6 miles north of central Birmingham this landscape is a mosaic of open heath, woods, wetlands and 7 lakes. It is an important site for wildlife, conservation and archaeology containing fine examples of natural countryside that have survived for hundreds of years.
