Story Established in 1993, Lady Bountiful is the brainchild of Alice Jacob. When Alice developed a thyroid condition she watched her size 12 figure disappear along with her choice in fashionable designer clothing. Not happy with this situation, Alice sought to remedy it by launching Lady Bountiful, a fashion boutique specialising in high quality plus size ladies clothing. In response to the demand for elegant designer plus size clothing, Alice travels to Europe to source Collections with her clientele's specific requirements in mind. This approach to buying designer clothing is what makes Lady Bountiful unique, with clients travelling from as far as The Channel Islands.
