Zen-Shin Black Belt Academy in Birmingham West Midlands is a professional and friendly martial arts academy for all ages. It supports physical, emotional and social development . Our mission is to make our students more successful in life through practice of their martial arts and to always influence them in a positive manner. To accomplish this, we must instill 'Black Belt Excellence' to set goals for self improvement and to develop the non-quitting spirit that is necessary to overcome obstacles and become successful. We offer a range of different classes so you can choose one that suits you! At The Zen-Shin Academy we offer children's and adults karate classes, mixed kickboxing and ladies only kickboxing classes. The Martial arts will help you develop confidence, self discipline, fitness and respect for others. You will learn self defense and increase your flexibility, power, speed and stamina. You will be awarded belts as you progress through the grading system. Impressum Welcome to the Zen-Shin Martial Arts Academy our Martial Arts programmes in Birmingham are for children from 4 years, teenagers, adults, ladies only and mixed adult classes. They will increase Self Confidence, Self Esteem, Self Respect, Self Discipline and a Positive Attitude. Self Defence and Martial Arts increases Physical Fitness and facilitates Stress Reduction. Students feel able to set new goals and Make New Friends The new website can give you further insight to the club, it's teachers (Sensei) and Karate tips. It is also useful to keep yourself up to date with all important news, dates, photos, courses, gradings and competitions.
