"From 27 November 2021, booked face-to-face and virtual appointments will be available for patients registered and unregistered in all North West London boroughs. Appointments can be booked via a referral from NHS 111 or via self-referral by telephoning the clinic on 020 7534 6500. The booked service will treat patients with minor illness. It will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. The walk-in service remains suspended for patient and staff safety. Visit the CLCH website for more information."
