The short menu means that we can specialise in a small number of Vietnamese street foods and ensure that everything is made fresh, in house. Pho is never boring. Once you’ve chosen from the menu, you determine the final taste at the table by the extent to which you garnish with the fresh herbs and sauces it’s served with – it’s up to you. Dishes are flavoured with Asian spices and brim with fresh herbs. The majority of our menu is wheat free (all rice noodles), gluten free, dairy free and very low in fat; if you pass on the noodles, its carb free too.
