"Number 8 is an arts centre offering a vibrant programme of film screenings, live events, and events beamed in via satellite. Plus, creative courses, workshops, and other arts activities. The Foyer coffee bar/gallery space showcases art and craft exhibitions and informal performances and events.The centre is home to Pershore Operatic and Dramatic Society, and hosts a variety of arts and leisure classes organised by hirers. Number 8 also runs the Just After 8 charity shop.Fully integrated into the life of Pershore, Number 8 was inspired and realised by the local community. Number 8 is a registered charity managed by a small team of paid staff and over 200 volunteers."
