"Our Story:We started Santo Remedio in 2013 running pop ups and supper clubs to bring the flavours of Mexico we love and grew up with in Mexico to Londoners. After a few months in Shoreditch in 2016 we opened our doors at 152 Tooley Street in London Bridge in September 2017. Our food is inspired by the taquerias, markets, homes and celebrations of Mexico.We import speciality ingredients like Pasilla, Serranos and grasshoppers from Mexico to give our dishes a true taste of Mexico. We also work with fantastic local producers like Gringa Dairy in Peckham who produces our artisanal Mexican cheeses. Our dishes are influenced by time spent living in Mexico City, the Yucatan and Oaxaca.Edson & Natalie"
