Jalisco is the passion of husband and wife team Wilson and Carolina, Wilson trained as a chef in London, and his ambition is to bring a genuine flavour of Venezuelan warmth and hospitality to South London.They were first drawn to Brixton because of the people and community and the positive vibe and sense of belonging that they feel here!
