Chef Murata is a great inspiration for his balance between innovation and Japanese food culture traditions. *Tokimeite, is one of a few authentic Washoku cuisine restaurants in London. Leading the kitchen, is Murata’s first apprentice, Chef Daisuke Hayashi. Following his master’s steps, he implements his knowledge, technique and passion for authentic Japanese dishes using a combination of Local and European ingredients. * Kaiseki, Japanese Haute Cuisine, is Tokimeite’s specialty.
