About The Clarence Pub & Kitchen opened on 3rd October 2014. It brings you 4 floors of Real Food, real Ale & our craft brewery-Silver Street in the basement Story The Clarence is a beautifully restored, four-floor storey food and drink pub in the heart of Bury town centre. From the top down, The Clarence has an intimate cocktail bar for events, private members and diners, a first class first floor restaurant and ground floor pub complete with a roaring fire in the winter. Silver Street brewery still partly resides in the basement, but has also recently moved its operations to the Britannia Mill in Bury.
