About Accrington Town Hall is Grade 2-listed building with impressive ballroom & huge calendar of theatre productions, shows, pantos, dance events & classes Story The Town Hall is situated in the heart of Accrington Town Centre adjacent to the Market Hall. The building plays host to all the Civic events during the year including the annual ‘Mayor Making’ ceremony, Mayor's Ball and Mayoral charity functions. Annual Festivals taking place include ‘The Lancashire Food Festival’ every April and in July a month dedicated to dance which includes an evening of Strictly Dancing. Accrington Town Hall has an impressive Ballroom which is ideal for sequence/line dancing, wedding functions, social events, conferences, charity events, orchestra concerts and much more. It is available for hire by all businesses, individuals, charity groups and voluntary organisations. The room has a capacity of up to 350 depending on type and layout of event. There are other rooms available for meetings, seminars and training and can cater from 2 to 60 people.
