About We are Yates premier Tattoo and Piercing studio, we pride are selves on offering a friendly welcoming shop, feel free to come in parking to side of shop Story WELCOME TO 13 TATTOO & PIERCING Offering a cutting edge business where the customer is our main priority. Our welcoming, family run business provides an open environment where our state of the art equipment and materials, and approved hygienic practices can be clearly observed in our open plan studio. We can of course, provide privacy for your tattoo or piercing if needed. Please feel free to ask. The studio owner, Shaun, specialises in Japanese artwork and cover-ups. tattooists are able to draw up custom designs to your requirements. we are able to offer you an unrushed consultation in our air-conditioned studio, where you can choose from thousands of designs or where we can bring your own design to life. We pride ourselves in offering a walk-in service on a first-come-first-serve basis, until 1 hour before closing. If you prefer, we also offer an appointment system, which requires a £40.00 non-refundable deposit, which is deducted against the price of your tattoo. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. All tattoos are performed using new, sterile needles and sterilised equipment and materials. Equipment that cannot be autoclaved is wiped with an approved disinfectant. Your tattooist will wear single use disposable gloves throughout your tattoo, minimising your risk of cross-infection. Aftercare advice will be given to avoid infection and ensure that the ink is properly fixed into the skin and your final tattoo image is unaffected. We know how important your tattoo is to you. That’s why we’ll work with you to create a design that you will enjoy for the rest of your life. If you are lucky enough to look under 18, please don’t be offended if we ask for photographic identification. It is against the law to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 (Tattooing of Minors Act 1969). NO exceptions. We are pleased to offer Laser Tattoo Removal using the latest Laser technology. During the consultation, the tattoo will be evaluated and all your questions answered. We will explain the medical risks and benefits of the laser tattoo removal procedure to you. We will also establish a price per treatment and will identify an approximate number of treatments necessary, based on the evaluated tattoo. A GIFT FOR LIFE Gift certificates are now available.
