About Boarding Kennels based just outside Newtownards. Story The Dogs’ House Boarding Kennels is located in a quiet, peaceful, rural setting which is easily accessible, approximately 4 miles from Newtownards and 6 miles from Bangor. The Dogs’ House opened in December 2005. The accommodation was carefully designed by myself, Julie Gorman (Proprietor) to provide a small number of luxury kennels offering a bright, spacious and happy environment in which dogs may enjoy their stay.
