About Ballyferris Holiday Park Story Ballyferris Holiday Park is situated on Ballyferris Point, on the east coast of the Ards Peninsula, twenty minutes south of Bangor on the A2. This is a large park with direct access to a fabulous area of sandy beach and has appeal for young families who enjoy the ‘Buzz’. All caravans are owner occupied. Like many caravan parks it started life as farm land and over 70 years ago it began to provide a location for people to take a holiday or a short-break close to the seaside. With caravans developing both in size and facilities it continued to be a popular choice on the Ards Peninsula and became one of the original ‘Licenced’ caravan parks in July 1963. This is a large park with direct access to a fabulous area of sandy beach and has appeal for young families who enjoy the ‘Buzz’. All caravans are owner occupied.
