About We can offer all the usual physio treatments, hydrotherapy, sport and remedial massage, acupuncture and physiotherapist led Pilates group sessions. Story Kettering Physio First is staffed by experienced Chartered Physiotherapists who are skilled in the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions. We offer flexible appointment times - ring and we will see what we can do! At Balance Health Club we have access to a spacious modern gym, the use of a single depth exercise pool and a Studio for exercise classes. Patricia Taylor MCSP has worked widely across the NHS and private sector and is an associate physiotherapist to Volleyball England. Alison Avil MCSP runs our Pilates sessions on Monday afternooons. Zoe Crawford is our Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist.
