About As one of the longest established local IT companies, CTA have been building, repairing & maintaining all aspects of computers & IT since 1987. Story CTA have been established since 1987 building and supplying tailor made computer systems, software packages, communications devices and office machinery to both trade and private clients. Our primary role is that of technical consultancy and this is complimented by the specification, implementation and maintenance of business systems and networks. Our corporate clients include Government departments, local, national and international corporations, together with both healthcare professionals and organisations. We are also the appointed agent on the Isle of Wight for all major insurance companies and we are contracted to undertake all warranty and insurance work on their behalf. We are also contracted to supply PC maintenance and repair for all mail order catalogue customers. We are a Business Link accredited I.T. Consultancy and a Microsoft Partner and Direct Access Programme Member. We are also authorised dealers and resellers for all of the major computer component and peripheral manufacturers. We also hold a Trading Standards Buy with Confidence certification. Our telephone lines are manned from 9 to 9 every day of the year and out-of-hours numbers are made available to customers according to the level of maintenance contract purchased. Our clients are given a named technical contact, extension number and mobile number and we try to ensure that you always deal with the same person whenever it is practical to do so
