About Fine dining restaurant with relaxed atmosphere, great wine and excellent food! Story Here at The Restaurant at Drakes we have dedicated ourselves to delivering the very best in quality seasonal fine dine food. Andrew Mackenzie has been our resident chef for ten years now and is still proudly producing excellent classic European dishes with a contemporary twist. Our wine list complements Andy's great food. It includes some of the well established brands as well as a varied selection of artisan and boutique wines and champagnes from respected English and global producers. We currently have the highest scoring restaurant in Brighton from the 'Good Food Guide' 2015 which has been the case for the last five consecutive years. Drakes Hotel, of which we are part was listed in the top one hundred boutique hotels in the UK in the 'Sunday Times' 2014.
