About Two bedroom detached stone built foresters Cottage on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean with wonderful views over the Flaxley Valley from the cottage and our maturing secure garden. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms. Ideal for couples, Story Nuthatch Cottage is a wonderfully restored old Foresters cottage on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean. The Cottage overlooks the beautiful Flaxley Valley known by the Romans as the Vale de Castiard. Nuthatch Cottage sits between beautiful Wye Valley (AONB) and the impressive River Severn with its many walks, beautiful sights and places of interest. The Cottage is not only a fantastic place to unwind but a great base to explore the surrounding with its natural beauty, history, fun and places of interest area either by foot, cycle or car. We do allow pets with well behaved owners.
