They are extremely quick to take your money, but when customer satisfaction comes to the fore, this company is completely lacking, I am so disappointed I am ready for complaining to the board. My son is extremely upset, and we feel as the original googles kept leaking I'm water he has not benefited from his swimming paid for lessons as he is constantly having to remove the goggles to clear his eyes. I would not recommend this company at all. I even had my son down for one to one lessons and again no one could help, fobbed off every week with the person dealing with this is not in, the system is down so I am unable to tell you where xxx is on the register. They need to train staff and managers correctly so they can deal with all issues and not fob customers off.
