About We are a family run bakery producing a wide range of speciality and traditional breads and cakes serving our community for over 120 years Story Our family has been baking in New Mills for over 120 years. The shop is named after my great-grandfather Wilfrid and my grandfather Wilfrid Jnr being the 'son'. My parents Ian and Susan took the shop over from my fathers parents Wilfrid and Eveline and now run the family business with my sisters and myself. We pride ourselves on producing the finest quality breads and confectionary, trying new ideas to keep ahead of the latest trends. We sell our goods in our traditional shop and also supply some local pubs with various breads. We have recently gone back into making celebration cakes using modern and traditional ideas. We are also able to cater for parties such as christenings, children's parties, office parties, funerals etc. We look forward to seeing you all soon.
