About Farnham Yoga offers fun, inclusive yoga classes and individual sessions for all abilities. Story Farnham yoga is led by Sue Ciechanowicz, an experienced yoga teacher who runs small, friendly yoga classes and tailored one-to-one sessions from her home in Farnham, Surrey. Having spent years studying and teaching yoga, Sue welcomes all ages and abilities to her sessions, which always move at a pace to match what the class needs. In her teaching Sue enables people to develop their yoga, increasing their fitness and helping them learn how to undo tension and stress, become aware of old habits and feel more connected with their bodies.
