About Yoga, Fitness, Dance and Drama sessions. We welcome all ages and abilities for a variety of activities throughout the week. Story Suitable for all levels of experience, I aim to pitch each session to promote a happy and healthy balance of activities to improve general aerobic fitness, flexibility and core strength. Offering a variety of adult fitness classes including an outdoor Boot Camp, Beginners/Improvers Yoga, Step, Exercise to Music and Personal Training. I am awaiting certification for Level 3 qualification specialising in exercise modification for Ante and Post Natal Fitness (includes Yoga). Also Level 2 qualified in Health Related Fitness and Flexi Kids Yoga for children 5 years ago, I have taught Fitness and Yoga sessions in schools, nurseries and pre-schools in and around Howden. Combining my knowledge and experience of motivating children to enjoy physical activity in a safe and fun environment with my passion for performing arts (I have Directed 3 productions for Howden Panto Group), I run after school drama sessions for children every Thursday during term time. "Feathersteps School Of Dance is a friendly dance school providing Professional Adult tuition in Ballroom, Latin, Salsa and many other dance forms.We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of classes at lots of venues across North and East Yorkshire. Whatever your ability, we can provide you with tuition to help you discover the wonderful world of dance.Feathersteps was established in 2014 by Sophie E. Brooke, an IDTA Professional with over 25 years of dance experience. We welcome everyone into our Ballroom, and love to see different ages and abilities mingling on the dance floor."
