About Caroline's Viennese Patisserie is a friendly, family-run patisserie and café located in Wrexham town centre in the Central Arcade. Story Caroline's Viennese Patisserie was founded in 1971, and continues to operate today under the new management of Mr Steven Vale and Mrs Christine Vale following the retirement of Mary Hughes. We offer a selection of fresh bread, pastries and cakes which are delivered daily. We have a tearoom upstairs which offers delicious breakfasts, light lunches and afternoon teas.
