About We are a Ladies Only gym in Harrogate with a range of facilities and a variety of fitness classes. Contact us for information on amazing membership deals and a FREE TRIAL! Story We specialise in women's fitness and offer a safe, friendly, non-intimidating environment for women of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. When you come to LWE you are allocated a key instructor who works with you to achieve your goals, giving you regular 1-2-1 sessions. You are otherwise free to come to the gym whenever you like. A full and varied studio timetable with small, friendly, fun classes are at set times. Our memberships are flexible and varied to suit all budgets and goals. Classes are offered also on Pay As You Go GP REFERRAL PROGRAMME Your GP can give you a prescription for exercise 12 week programme £3 per session DIET EXPRESS LIFESTYLE PROGRAMME - an NHS approved lifestyle, weight loss programme 3 months with no need to join the gym (includes full use of all facilities if required) FITTEEN - 13-17 year olds. Because our system does not use weights but fluid resistance, it is safe for Teens to use with parental release form signed.
