"I'm Alexandra Hurley, an experienced chiropractor and I help people overcome pain so that they can do the things they love doing again.I am committed to giving patients the best chiropractic journey, educating them about why they have pain and how chiropractic may help, and building them a bespoke exercise plan so that they can minimise the risk of the pain recurring.I use a gentle adjusting technique to help to get motion back into stiff joints; soft tissue techniques to loosen tight muscles; medical acupuncture to reduce pain and spasm and kinesiology taping to help support painful joints.I love to help people from runners, horse-riders and cyclists to office workers, to those who simply want to take the best care of their bodies."
