About A single screen independent cinema located in the heart of Northumberland. Story The Forum Cinema is an established single screen community owned cinema located in the heart of Northumberland. We show a wide range of films, from current blockbusters to cinema classics and everything in between! Thanks to our digital projector, we're able to show films in 3D and 2D, and screen live shows from the National Theatre, RSC, ROH, the Bolshoi Ballet, and more! We host a number of special events, like Q&As with directors and authors, a live productions from local theatre groups. We're also available to hire for birthdays and special occasions.
