Efficient, clean with a helpful and friendly team of staff at the train station. Nothing is too much trouble, going above and beyond is the norm! Stayed at InterContinental Hotel, The George, which is only a short walk. Took the train again from Waverley to visit St Andrews, station staff were so helpful. Thank you

Visited Edinburgh Waverley and the station itself is very impressive. The interior structure and roof design look amazing, and the overall atmosphere feels grand and historic. It is well located right in the city centre and easy to access.nnHowever, we had an issue with our train. Someone told us a certain train was ours, but it turned out to be the wrong one. Later it was corrected, but we were worried because if you board the wrong train, you may be charged again. So make sure to double check the platform number and timing yourself on the departure board before boarding. Do not rely only on what someone says.nnOverall, beautiful station, but always confirm your train details carefully.

It's nice that this station is centrally located. Many times stations are on the outskirts of towns. This station has free bathrooms too, and lots of food options.

Edinburgh Waverley is a well located and convenient train station with easy connections, clear signage, and plenty of shops and food options. Great access to the city centre and historic attractions.

This is the station in Edinburgh where we arrived for our much awaited Scotland tour to highlands and Edinburgh Castle and City tour. Its a good train station with all the essential facilities. Plenty of food options and staffs were quite helpful.
