Suppose you're embarking on an adventure with Rabbie’s Tours. In that case, you'll discover their current pickup spot as of September 9, 2025, tucked away in the lively Edinburgh buses and travel coaches depot—look for the end gates labeled J-K, which were fully booked for the various Rabbie's Scotland tours on the day we booked our tour date. Hence, it was a bit crowded with people. Be sure to keep an eye out for their distinctive tour vans, which crisscross the bus terminal with precision, skillfully navigating the flurry of local buses that are continuously in motion, picking up and dropping off eager passengers. The bus depot stands out as a beacon of accessibility, easily found just a short stroll from the Waverly Market Place rail station. This well-maintained station boasts ample amenities, including restrooms, drink and snack vending machines, a café, and a WH Smith shop, ensuring you’re well-prepared for your journey. With security cameras monitoring the bustling environment and on-site cleaners diligently sweeping up any litter, the space feels safe and welcoming, free from the disruption of homelessness.nnThe energy at the depot is captivating, with a symphony of activity as buses pull in from various corners of the country, such as the notable Stagecoach, which journeyed all the way from Bristol. It’s easy to understand why so many travelers choose buses; they present a budget-friendly option that rivals flying or taking the train. The scene unfolds like a vibrant tapestry woven with people from all walks of life, each with their own stories and destinations, creating a hub of adventure just waiting to emerge!
Took bus for Aberdeen.. Nice bus station in city centre..n..RECOMMENDED GUYS!..cheers!
One of the best bus station I have been. It's clean, quite and tidy. There is always someone to assist you. There are two entrances and two exits, one if from Elder Street and another from North St. Andrew Street.Where you can easily get Taxis. When I was there the toilets were free of charge.Locker service was very helpful however they were a bit overpriced. Information centre and the ticket counter were very nice and helpful.
When I got here it was quite. So in my experience Good and quite place. Loved it because I got locker space. Small bag 6£ . Medium 8£ . Large bag 10£. coins only but good thing we can get coins on station. Public toilet but not free :D 30p ..
Neat & clean station, very helpful n friendly staff, reasonable prices, a big digital lockers wall for saving ur luggage, bus service for differ destinations. On top of that it’s central location in the city. More cafes n shops around for quick shopping or coffee. A big project is under construction just next to its door which will make it more busy station in future.
