I don’t understand the negative reviews about customer service. We went in to buy 2 bikes and after after spending 2-3 hours trying out different types of bikes, chatting about spec and old riding stories we bought confidently. We were well looked after from start to finish and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. To top it all off we even got a great discount on extras (helmets, locks, clothing etc)

Bought a bike here 2 years ago through the cycle to work scheme. Great staff and customers service, and the transaction went through quickly and smoothly. I've used them for servicing/repairs over the years since then too and can't fault them. Once a few weeks after a service a brake pad came loose and shredded itself off of the tire, so I stopped by and it was swapped out for a new one, no questions asked. Recently after a service I noticed paint damage to bike (could have happened at any time, it was just a coincidence I noticed it when taking it off bike rack after picking it up) so I emailed them for advice and they took at back and did a touch-up job and applied a protector patch free of charge as a good will gesture. Their prices and reasonably competitive. Overall, great staff, nice customer experience, and I'll keep on using them.

Great experience today getting all set up with a new bike. Staff were very helpful and friendly and doing test rides was no fuss at all. Good range of stock and wasn't difficult to find everything I needed. I'm glad I chose to buy from here!

Helpful, experienced staff, good stock in store. Prices above online only shops but you can try items, talk about them with someone experienced and get high quality support in case of any problems.
