The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Gillian in particular is so rude. Does not want to help with any enquiries, raises her voice and speaks down to all customers. I would not recommend going to this post office at all.
Don't bother go to another post office. Where the staff actually know what they are doing. Waste of time. The counter assistant would not weigh a large letter to give me 3 stamps to post 2 other letters I have at home which are exactly the same. Definitely not members of Mensa in this post office.
Went in to send 3 parcels. The staff aren't friendly, miserable old women.
If they gave awards for unnecessary passive aggressive manners, then the staff would win year after year. The most unfriendliest shop in the whole of Stockport - by some margin.
Unhelpful, rude & difficult staff who are always utterly miserable and act like being asked to do anything their job entails is putting them to great trouble. Will only go here if I have absolutely no other option. Avoid
