Have always used Eden when calling from NZ for deliver to family in Faversham. This year I received an automated message to say they would not accept my call with out ID (as it's not switched off at my end, I'm assuming the system cannot cope with international). That cost me 50p = for nothing. Will never use this florist again and would not encourage anyone to do so from external to the UK.

I had a problem with an Interflora bouquet which was no fault of this florist but they did everything they possibly could to sort it out for me. I walked into  their shop upset and walked out happy and Interflora did sort my problem out. Customer service by the chap in this establishment was first class. Thank you.
