Never usually write reviews but I was very disappointed with my haircut from Eden. My whole appointment from start to finish was a total of 25 mins. Even for a wash cut and blow dry I have never had a haircut this quick and the result is evident of the poor quality. I asked for well over 3 inches to be cut off my hair so thought a lot more time would have been taken to make sure the hair cut was done right. No heat defense spray or product was used before my hair was blow dryed and at the end a quick spritz of hair spray. Felt very rushed with no care or attention. The staff were pleasant and stylist very nice but I am afraid I won’t be coming back here.
This is a picture of my hair after a recent cut at Eden. This was a brand new set of hair extensions that I’d had fitted as a birthday gift, which were left uneven and ruined. I am very sensitive about my hair and this left me really upset with no support from Eden. Rather than covering the costs to have me replace the damaged extensions, they are insisting I take them to court for reimbursement. They have refunded the cost of my cut and offered me a nominal goodwill payment, which doesn’t come close to what it cost me to fix. Really, really disappointed with this response from Eden. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Thank you to Body and Length Hair extensions for fixing Eden’s mess.
Thank you so much Emily for doing such a great job on my sons hair, he’s never had it cut professionally before and he was quite anxious about it but you made him feel comfortable, happy and heard. He’s absolutely loving his new hair cut and so am I!
I always look forward to my visit to Eden Hair & Beauty. From the moment I enter the salon I am made to feel welcome by all the lovely team. I love my hair colour, which Leander makes a great job of. Becky is fab and has been cutting my hair for a number of years and makes sure I always leave with a smile on my face. I can't recommend the team at Eden Hair & Beauty enough.
Couldn’t recommend Eden Hair and Beauty more! I had a brilliant full head of highlights with Marie and Maddie gave me a brilliant haircut! I have loads of hair so they really rose to the challenge!! Definitely will be back soon!
