Emma and Karen at EP & O looked after our family during the sale of our home that my mother in law had lived in for 57 years. We were informed of the process and taken care of every step of the way. I can’t thank Emma and Karen enough. They were so kind and sensitive to our needs and we were never made to feel as though we were a bother when asking questions about the process. With regards to the simultaneous purchase of our new home, despite the complications involved, both Emma and Karen made the process seem so smooth. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We recently used with EPO solicitors for both a flat sale and house purchase and we can’t recommend them highly enough. Emma and Karen were amazing from start to finish, responding to emails incredibly quickly often within an hour, patiently explaining things to ensure we understood and proactively chasing the other solicitors in the chain to keep the pressure on. Buying and selling property is always stressful, but Emma and Karen certainly made it that bit easier as we felt like their priority throughout and were confident that they were doing everything in their power to get us to completion. We were so impressed by Emma and Karen that we are currently using them for a third time with another flat sale. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service as always from EPO. Would thoroughly recommend this company. As a family we have used EPO multiple times for various matters and have always been really impressed. On this occasion we were quoted a price to handle the sale of a property - that should have been very straight forward. Due to issues with the buyer it has dragged out for almost 6 months! Notwithstanding this EPO stuck to their quoted fees and got the job done for us. Special thanks to Amy - a paralegal at EPO - who has been absolutely brilliant and remained very calm and utterly professional when she took over in the latter stages. When on the verge of 'exchange/completion' the buyers' solicitors came in with a 'last minute question' - and this happened on multiple occasions over the last 2-3 weeks why they couldn't ask all the questions in one go is beyond us! In all my years I have never known so many 'last minute hitches' caused by the 'other side' but Amy remained a true professional throughout. Would have no hesitation whatsoever in using Amy and the EPO team again
