We have been with Eddowes Perry and Osbourne for many, many years and have always had excellent service for all of our legal needs. This time we chose them again to do the conveyancing for our house sale and house purchase. Maria was excellent; her professional approach to the job gave us peace of mind throughout the process. I would like to thank EPO for their recent conveyancing of the sale of my father's flat. I used EPO Solicitors for the sale of my house. My solicitor, Katie Dwyer was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The service was excellent and everything was done with great professionalism. I couldn't of been happier!
I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to have had Kimberley act as our conveyancer for our house purchase. Throughout the process she constantly kept us informed with any updates and replied in full to our emails within minutes. If it wasn’t for Kimberley’s proactive nature our house sale would have fallen through due to the seller’s conveyancers negligence. The level of service was outstanding, putting us at ease knowing that Kimberley was doing everything in her power to push the sale along. Overall it has been a good experience using EPO in the sale of my Mother-in-Laws property, which was not a particularly easy process. EPO kept me apprised of progress during the sale and were diligent in chasing the other sides solicitors who seemed to slow the whole process down. I would recommend EPO following my experience of using them.
An excellent firm of very honest, diligent solicitors, who worked with integrity as they fought our boundary dispute for 3 1/2 years. We highly recommend them and we will be using the firm as conveyancing solicitors when we move house in the Spring.
We recently purchased and sold property through Katie Dwyer at Eddowes Perry Lichfield branch she went above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. In the past we have found it difficult to find a good reliable solicitor regarding house sales and purchases and Katie was always able to help with any enquiries and worked late answering calls out of hours and sending emails out of hours.
