Paid up front £160 for return for 21st birthday party. One car 30 mins late on pick up and didn't collect 5 girls at 3am even though they were paid in advance. I invited the owner to investigate & refund just £40 for the late car & the non arrival of the second car - but Owner arrogant in reply & spent over an hour playing text tennis trying to see if I could get a pragmatic result - apparently I was wrong according to the owner. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND USE ARTHURS TAXIS - they are reliable, fair, turn up when they should and they don't rip you off like this mickey mouse outfit. Look at the reviews here I am far from alone.Hope the company folds !

Best service ever if only the car didn't brake down Hope to get my deposit back Great guy great driver just didn't meet them thing like this happen can't be helped will use again soon Lol

Booked taxi in advance. Which did not arrive after several attempts to phone with no answer. Was then greeted with terrible manners and a poor attitude

My overall experience with having a taxi account with Eddie's Cabs has been horrific. The driver has been polite and punctual (the only thing that's right about them). The owner set up an account with Student Finance Wales and has made a 25% increase on his original agreement, hassling me instead of student finance, being blatantly rude, worsening my health condition and taking advantage of a disabled student and playing the system. Profiteering is not the word!
