Great gym! Full of top quality equipment many variations of plate loaded, pin loaded and free weights through out the gym. 2 free hours parking in the Marlowes with easy access. Never seems to busy even at peak evening hours due to the amount of equipment! Great customer service from all the staff and Eddie himself.
Great gym , good equipment with shower , changing room , clean place , you can see the place been look after ,nAlso met Eddie and his daughter Selina , she is lovely and Friendly, Eddie a gentleman, so friendly and down to earth ,
Well equipped gym got everything you need, a lot of filming an nonsense going on while your trying to train bit annoying tbh, good choice or pre workouts an protein shakes/ bars behind the counter don’t think I’ll go back again feels like your on a low budget film set all the cameras pointing about
Went for a month very busy, quite messy and the owner and his family record alot while working out which I've never seen before at other gyms
Lovely gym with good equipment and incredibly friendly welcoming staff. It has a family feel and you enjoy coming in and feel supported. Sharon’s always so welcoming at the desk. I am getting PT sessions with Katie who I highly recommend! I also have been getting meal plans from Eddie and have already made really good progress. No other gym comes close and I’ve been to quite a few
