Decent interest rates but awful online service. I changed my bank account but there is no way to change it with ecology online. Faq states to delete existing account details but this option isn't anywhere to be found online. Can't even send a secure message as this option isn't anywhere either.nnMy only option was a full account closure which I actioned today.

We have had a mortgage and savings with Ecology for years, which have all been good. We passed through Silsden on a boat, so we walked up to the building to have a look. A kind woman saw us and opened the door, offered to show us the excellent new building and we were made very welcome.

Quality, honest banking business. Great to talk to real humans. Been with them for many years. Able to cope with self build and quirky building, unlike main stream.

We have used Ecology BS for a self build project and their efficiency is second to none.  Informative, flexible and responsive. Couldn't fault them.
