Wasn't the best service, over the phone, amazing service. When mentioning pay over phone he sent me a link to pay Falcon Taxis. Other than that not much to say.
Really quite disappointing as used to like using and had a good service that price matched Cabs4U. Today, however, kinda indifferent and bored attitude on phone, and charged £5 for £4 journey minimum card transaction without being informed beforehand
2 journeys to and from Birmingham airport. Both drivers drove THE WHOLE of the M40 in the middle lane Both drivers were flashed, overtaken on the inside, caused other drivers annoyance, but neither took the hint. Both drivers did NO research as to the layout of the airport and were left scrabbling around trying to work out how to drop me off. Both made me pay for their parking one quoted double the actual cost One driver was pulsing the throttle I took video which made me feel sick as my head was lolling back and fore. One driver was speeding and causing his car to 'alarm' so responded by BRAKING on the motorway. One driver @2am was winding the window down and breathing deeply presumably as he was so tired he was dropping off One journey was outsourced to Falcon Taxi's Skoda Superb so wasn't 'ECO' at all ! I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN
Worst journey of my life. The driver could have killed us multiple times. Pulling in to lanes of traffic late without indicating beeping and swearing at the cars he has cut up. Terrifying driving for a professional driver!
Easy to book, reasonable prices.
