Always friendly, lovely local business.
Booked weeks before to get an appointment to have my nails done for a special event - date and time being crucial - I made this clear at the time of booking. I found out, purely by chance, that they couldn't do it less than 48 hrs beforehand, as the nail technician was now going on a spray tan course! I only became aware of this as my friends wanted to pay for my nails as a special treat and phoned ahead to see if they could do this up-front as a surprise. If they hadn't, I would have turned up on the day to be told there was no one there to do them, leaving me only an hour and a half to find somewhere else. I will never book here again and after this experience I wouldn't recommend.
I have used these ladies for years never had a problem, I often have to bring the baby along and they keep her entertained whilst I have my brows waxed,Services: Eyebrow threading
Went here to use the sun bed after buying a course costing £35. When I arrived, the gentleman couldn’t find a record of my name which they keep on cards in a filing system even though I had been using the salon for over a year. Clearly they had misplaced my card. He was really unhelpful and not friendly in the slightest, told me to check my bank statement even thought I paid by cash?? Clearly not bothered about keeping customers and I’ve lost £35 which I won’t get back. Not a friendly place and will not return.
I get waxed here, its clean, the staff are friendly & their prices are brilliant.
