Great atmosphere and the cocktails were great..if Eclipse is in your area then do try their signature cocktail with watermelon. .i preferred the martini glass option as supppsed to tall glass option which dilutes with ice....so if u are like me and want to enjoy your cocktail then go for non ice version :
Just went here for a couple of after work cocktails. Good service and not too busy. Drinks were nice
Went first time on a Saturday, great drinks and cocktails, friendly attentive staff, good music and great vibes.
Nice ambience and atmosphere. Good chill out house music. Friendly staff. Experienced bartender. Good selection of cocktails. Had the ECLIPSE version of the Rum based ZOMBIE cocktail. And it was tasty. Prices could use a little reduction as we paid around 30£ for 2 cocktails.
We hosted a staff event here and it was great. It was easy to book, as there are no requirements to provide card details if you book before a certain time, therefore no risk if the group decides to cancel last minute. The bar is quite small but has a nice decor and feel to it. We really enjoyed the cocktails, which were indeed quite pricey but it is expected of any bar in this area. Pizza was nothing special but a nice snack to share after having a few drinks. One thing that makes this bar stand out is the ball pit downstairs. Even though it is something very simple, we had great fun playing in it and really enjoyed it. I would recommend and would return here again.
Went for couples drinks last week with a friend and the place has become my favourite spot for Fridays night. Good atmosphere, great cocktails and amazing service. We had a Mexican bartender, Manuel who served and come with loads of out of the menu special cocktails. Definitely coming back next week !
Great cocktails - reasonably priced. Rude staff as well as some weird themed parties downstairs that you automatically get charged for even if you are just sipping a drink and not attending. Famous for its vodka watermelon - Eclipse drink. I would go hear if I was passing by again, however I would not travel to come here any time soon.
So me and a friend went there around midnight as it was one of the few places in the area open, we weren't dressed to a high standard but were only after a few quiet drinks. The doorman was Incredibly rude and told us we could not have entry due to the fact we weren't wearing smart shoes. We quickly pointed out that there were customers inside the bar wearing scruffy trainers, the doorman then proceeded to tell us that without bringing girls with us, we weren't allowed in. After explaining we were tourists to the city the doorman still refused us entry as we weren't bringing girls to the bar. In my opinion a sexist, ageist bar which I will not be returning to in the future. Would not recommend it to anyone out for a quiet drink or out at all.
Great little place to have some proper divine cocktails! Look out for 'the crack baby',..
I went on a Wednesday night, ended up walking out after a little under 10 minutes waiting at the bar without getting served. For a cocktail bar with 12 cocktails on the menu and a fairly limited back bar selection if you like anything other than vodka this didn't seem worth the hype.
