I bought this voucher to treat my self for my birthday, they cancelled my appointment 3 times over 7 months of wait and the last time I phoned which is 2 days before my appointment to confirm the time, they cancelled again and abused me verbally and said "WE ARE NOT CANCELLING WE ARE MOVING YOUR APPOINTMENT".  when I asked for an e-mail for refund because it's been 7 months now I have been trying to get it done, they sent me a very nasty e-mail saying that I'm the one who cancelled the appointment and verbally abused the staff over the phone and when I said to the owner of the shop if she has recorded the message she would have seen that I didn't swear and that her staff was the one who did. The owner lied and said that she heard me swearing! what a fat big lie, what a disgrace and disgusting hair dressing shop!!! Advice: DON'T GO THERE, they will treat you like a piece of s***. it is not a respectful place to go to.

Groupon full head of highlights purchased didnt get that, appalling service and bad hairdresser. ..would not recommend at all...worst salon experience ever....absolutely shocking!!!

i feel i must comment on comments on here. with the groupon deals they are valid for 3 months only , so some one saying they waited 7 months is  incorrect not possible it would be invalied. The comments about the salon been scruffy , if you read that comment again you will see the lady never came to the salon as she missed her appoinment ! groupon sets the terms and conditions and the salon signs a agreement to abide by them . If  a client is late for there appointment this is not the salons fault or the rest of the clients following that client , so there appoitment times has to be cut down , we are within our rights to refuse to do the treatment . We are a salon so do not want or feel the need to record phone calls , but staff are not rude or do not  swear back at clients no matter what is said to them..

Beware, this place and the owner are a mess, scruffy outside and scruffy inside and an owner with no sense of care for her customers at all.  If you have an appointment with this place, make sure that if you go into hospital that you are discharged before you appointment.  I was bought a groupon voucher as a gift to get my eyelashes done, 9 hours before the appointment I break my arm and end up in hospital making my miss my appointment and giving me no time to call and resechdule.  BY THE WAY THEY NEED 48 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL something I coudn't do as I didn't have a crystal ball to tell me I was going to break my arm.  When I called to rearrange the manager wouldn't budge simply telling my that I'd lost my appointment and tough. So a broken arm and what could have been a lovely present wasted, because I don't have a crystal ball or the ability to move back in time to move the appointment.  Can't understand why the appointment couldn't be rearranged, they've already had the money as I had to give them the Groupon code when I booked the appointment.
