Despite a new look, the pricing structure is disgraceful. Most places try and get you the best possible entry price but not here. I had four children swimming and I had to pay individual for them all (total £13.60), however a family ticket costs £9.60. So although I still only had four people (who are a family), they wouldn't let me pay for a family ticket. They don't distinguish what a family ticket involves and so they should honour 4 kids are a family. They wouldn't even refund me if I had bought a family ticket for me to swim included and one extra child which would only have cost £13 pounds. So just because I didn't want to swim they wanted let me buy the cheapest option, disgusting.

Rude, unfriendly and damn right moody receptionist. - manager was no better. Basic front of house skills don’t exist here and also manners it seems.

Pool great for family .good price only had to wait for someone to come out to park that the only problem

Love this baths. Staff in the cafe are excellent. She makes a fuss of the children and is always helpful and friendly.

Great pool if you live local. Not so great now they have got rid of the small pool as lessons and groups mean the big pool is often segmented, meaning you don't get as much room to swim. New cafe and children's play area is great
