Really disappointed with the customer service today. Cashier served a young girl never asked her for any id! Get to the till and he cant serve me because i look under 25!?!? ... I have grey hair and full beard 30+. Have never been id here before or at any of the ecigwizard stores before and have an account which obviously states my age!! Just seemed like the guy behind the till couldn't be arsed! Wont be using this company again! What a waste of time
If has some issues finding a Vape that was suiting my needs, just personal choices and demands. So visited Friday and today. Couldn't have been more helpful. Knowledgeable, friendly, warm, polite. Really helped me find what was right for me and now I could not be happier. Thank you for the service.

This came as surprise as just taken a stroll and happen to see this new store in town and didn't expect to have purchased.
