Surprisingly good! I expected a lesser quality but.. It's got great staff that don't mind helping, clean large changing rooms. 2 pools and that's all I saw. Would recommend.. Will come again.

Very good ! Perfect for kids and young teens ! I cannot find anything wrong with it and would definetely reccomend you to go .

In general the swimming lessons are ok and the facilities are good (apart from the old hairdryers). Unfortunately, staff communication is not great in my experience in mixing up sessions offered and snobbish/ rudeness at the reception desk when trying to sort this out. I thought they were being helpful when told on the phone my boy could have a trial first lesson before paying for the full course of lessons (he has individual needs) but on arrival reception did not know about this arrangement, and someone from management looked horrified and turned to me and said that I would have to pay for the trial session as if I was not going to pay! (Of course I was going to pay for the session , just not for 8 weeks worth till I knew he could adapt and settle in that session - as already discussed on phone and approved by a manager darn I didn't take the name). Anyway he did enjoy it and we did pay for the full course after the 'trial' first lesson. Distasteful experience of their customer service though to say the least. I am updating my review by dropping it to 2 stars. We have had staff speak rudely to us on at least 3 occasions. It seems they don't like parents to ask questions or clarifications. I realised my son didn't put his inhaler at the pool side and went to give the inhaler only to be told not to walk with shoes and wouldnt it have been better to bring the inhaler at the start. Fine points really except noone else was there and actually he was quite happy to turn and tell me off rather than thank me and ask if my son may need it today. They are happy to waste time to be rude, and it seems to be towards BME parents. We are changing pools as soon as we can!!

Nice pool, little bit busy on holidays, and 3-d of the pool is reserved for diving boards. So get ready to some people will swim in to you.

Great place to have fun with kids or just to relax on your one. Clean. Friendly, professional and always happy to help staff. Special changing rooms if you are with baby- absolutely love it 😊
