Very disappointing. Whoever manages this facility should definitely have a reality check. The hygiene level in the swimming pool changing rooms and swimming pool area is shocking. The floors are disgusting, plasters, hair, dust and mould everywhere. The tiles are black from how little they are clean. There is a smell or urine present. Most of lockers have keys missing or locks are broken. Keys where they are available have old rubber attached to them with hair wrapped around it. The bins are overflowing with nappies. Vents in the ceiling have never been cleaned. It's absolutely shocking!!! The stairs to the slides are damaged rusty and dirty. The area is soo cold that you literally have to run from the pool to the showers!! Gym area is good and well equipped. Unfortunately Spin bikes took months to be replaced and for months you had to race to the class to make sure you get on oone of the three working bikes. The other 9 were broken for months. Now they finally got replaced. Classes are getting cancelled due to events. There is no complaints process as noone really cares. You can fill a feedback form but noone will ever come back to you. Shame on whoever is in charge of this place.

Great place for everyone with different ages, massive swimming pool and also pool for the kids and little ones, sauna and steam room also jacuzzi for muscle relax, gym its class you have weight for big boys and also its section for cardio huge place with mats which judo people could train, and boxing bag for all material arts. Plenty room for everyone one of the best public gym in blenau gwent.
Great prices for all activities, staff are friendly. Definitely worth a visit
Considering this isn’t a particularly old leisure centre it really needs some improvement. We have only been to the parent and toddler swim sessions so can’t comment on any other facilities but a few areas for improvement are:nnLoads of lockers are unavailable as there are no keys or they are broken.nnThe showers by the entrance to the pool are too hot for babiesnnThe baby pool hasn’t always been heated sufficiently when we have visitednnThe flushes were not working properly and the tap was leaking when in use in the cafe toiletsnnOn a positive note the staff are all lovely and very helpful
