Receptionist are brilliant, very helpful and pleasant to deal with.nIts clean, spacious and modern. The gym has everything you need for a good workout. There's staff at hand for advice. I haven't tried any classes yet but there's plenty on offer.nThe pool is amazing, and there's a sauna.nnNot much parking for vans is the only downside.
Wonderful staff on the front desk and in the gym. Swimming lessons are great value also and a high level of expertise on the team.
Very disappointing. Whoever manages this facility should definitely have a reality check. The hygiene level in the swimming pool changing rooms and swimming pool area is shocking. The floors are disgusting, plasters, hair, dust and mould everywhere. The tiles are black from how little they are clean. There is a smell or urine present. Most of lockers have keys missing or locks are broken. Keys where they are available have old rubber attached to them with hair wrapped around it. The bins are overflowing with nappies. Vents in the ceiling have never been cleaned. It's absolutely shocking!!! The stairs to the slides are damaged rusty and dirty. The area is soo cold that you literally have to run from the pool to the showers!! Gym area is good and well equipped. Unfortunately Spin bikes took months to be replaced and for months you had to race to the class to make sure you get on oone of the three working bikes. The other 9 were broken for months. Now they finally got replaced. Classes are getting cancelled due to events. There is no complaints process as noone really cares. You can fill a feedback form but noone will ever come back to you. Shame on whoever is in charge of this place.
The kids had a fabulous time on the slides. During half term in bad weather I was expecting it to be much busier, but with a flexible 11am-3pm open time it meant you weren't pre-booking or held to a time slot.nI do think they need to put some new elastics on the locker keys though and the changing rooms a more frequent squeegee.nCafe seems good value for money with good menu choices.
Great swimming facilities, slides are good fun for both adults and children, three pools ideal for all ages
