This hotel surprised me. Don't judge a book by it's cover nor a hotel by their building facade. As soon as you step in you will find that it's a renovated property with a nice modern touch. Rooms are clean and spacious and properly equipped. Still, as in many other palaces, I'm missing plugs near the bed. It has parking and it's relatively close to the city. There are some places to dine nearby. Bed was very comfortable. One thing that could improve is their breakfast. However, their full English is cooked on demand which is always a plus if you are looking for quality rather than quantity.

Enjoyed Easter Sunday lunch here. Had 3 course all were of a good quality and very tasty. Staff were friendly. I want to come again would highly recommend for a great meal.

I've stayed a couple times through work and so far I can't fault it. the staff are friendly and helpful and always available. The rooms are large, clean and modern with all necessary items. The bathrooms are clean and modern with good showers. Breakfast has a great selection and tastes very good.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Birmingham including a few on Broad street. Clean, modern, friendly. Plenty of parking and in proximity of a number of restaurants. Restaurant was decent with large portions. A decent option for staying in Brum at a reasonable price.

When we wanted to gather family and friends together to help celebrate a milestone birthday for my mother, we chose to go for Sunday lunch at the Eton Hotel. And we certainly weren't left disappointed. The staff and service were excellent, faultless from start to finish. As for the food it was simply to die for. Its a massive thank you to all the team at the Eton for making a special occasion extra special. We are very much looking forward to planning our next lunch/celebration with you in the future.
