Been to this place many times before and never had any complaints. Visited today and found a bug in my food, told staff who didn't even offer an apology, just took the plate away. I understand Things happen but they could have atleast offered n apology.Will not be returning
Friendly staff, enjoyed food and dessert
We have been here a few times over the years and have had no problems. Yes the price is a bit high for a place that isn't in the centre of town but parking is free so every cloud I guess. I do think they could probably have a bit more a selection but due to this being a Chinese all you can eat, not sure what people are expecting.
Would give it 0 stars if possible. Food was barely edible, no flavour, chicken was raw in the middle. Mostly stale. Desserts were cheap and nasty. I wouldn't even feed it to my cat. When I tried to raise concerns with staff, they said they had no policy and just walked off. Avoid this place like the plague. It needs shutting down!
This place has gone down hill recently plummeting like rocket debris from space. What do you expect from a Chinese buffet? Pancakes? Shredded duck? Or even the deserts which were very poor with a large range of things like liquorice to liquorice with stripes! The perfect way to a whole evening in the bathroom.
