Bit disappointed. I contacted this firm for a pack, removal and delivery of our house contents. They where on time as agreed for both the original quotation and for the repacking, removal and delivery next day. However, there was many things which where left behind at the old house, also broke a brand new dressing table draw and a brand new bedside cabinet due to them lifting this by the lip of the top lid rather than picking it up from the bottom, also by not emptying the contents of the cabinet. They also left a door of its hinges that they had removed. Luckily, we have not sold the old house so we had the time to return the week after to pick up the stuff that was left and also removal there rubbish! They had left three lots of sellotape and a huge pile of paper which they left in a few rooms which they wrapped contents in. It’s a shame, as the staff where friendly, I even went out to pick up a McDonalds for them for there lunch. I did email the firm however all’s I received was an apology, no offer of small compensation for the few hours I spent finishing of what I had paid for them to do. Would I use them again? I would give them a second chance. Would I recommend them? I would, with caution and I would strongly advise to unlock everything before they leave.
Extremely impressed with this company. Nothing was too much, even though we have moved to the 15th floor! Very helpful, friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone.
Easymove were punctual and professional. They moved me on a Saturday morning from a storage unit to a first floor flat. The guys were so lovely and no job was too much for them. They did a great job and took really good care of my belongings/furniture. I would recommend them to anyone moving!
So everything seemed to be going so well on the day of the move.. It’s only after when I was starting to unpack that I started to notice things had either been scratched or broken. I did email twice and the only reply I got is “ I will speak to the lads” I’ve not heard anything since even after emailing back. I started unpacking and my flower arrangements from Bents had been pulled apart and all the decorative gravel was in the bottom of the boxes, my next dining chair leg had been snapped and the leather part of my sofa had been scratched. I know all I’ll get back is this is what it was like on packing. If anyone wants to contact me I can show you pictures of how I keep my home and then you can make your own mind up. I’ve still got boxes to unpack and I can’t bring myself to do it incase I find more :
Absolutely excellent! What a really nice team came and moved us on 29/30th June. Very polite with good attention to detail Couldn't have been more satisfied with something we had not looked forward to but was made very straightforward.
Arrived on time. The guys were really helpful, efficient and friendly. They moved all of my belongings carefully in good time and unloaded into the correct rooms.Service: Local moving
