My order was for a shed which would last without too much maintenance. The Tanalised version of a basic 8x6 shed was my choice. I contacted Easyshed with a photo of my base and they replied immediately with a positive email. So far all is well and I look forward to my new shed. I was informed of morning slot for delivery and build. They arrived today at about 10 and were finished around 11. Excellent work and I am very happy with the result. 5 star all the way.
Bought a large shed from them - delivery, construction etc was OK. Unfortunately, within a year significant cracks appeared at one end. When i sent them the photos below they stated that they could clearly see the shed was untreated and I should have treated it within 3 months. When i pointed out that the shed I ordered was tanalised/treated, they refused to do anything about it even thought their website recommends the more expensive tanalised shed "provides longer-lasting protection against the elements" and should be used where re-treatment is difficult. the rest of the shed is OK, so i suspect the quality of this part is simply poor. As is their awful customer service. Beware
I bought a Beast Shed. The website allowed me to create my own bespoke shed. My shed was delivered and built in under 5 weeks. The two lads who delivered and built the shed were polite and friendly and had it all done and dusted in under 90 minutes The only hiccups were that the two security windows which I requested after the initial order process were installed on the wrong side of the shed. However, the two installers spotted this as soon as they brought the panel round the back and addressed it quickly. I was offered the option of a replacement panel or an immediate discount. I opted for a £50 discount. One of the external corner beads is not hammered fully home only spotted after installers had left but the shed is surrounded on three sides so it’s difficult to get to and it won’t be exposed to the elements so I’ll leave it alone. The other tiny niggle I noticed after the installers had left was that the shed was not quite square on my patio slabs - no big deal, I just put my back into it and squared it up, but a less able person would have had to live with it. Being their top notch Beast range, the shed is extremely robust with all timber treated and extra security options as standard. Now all I have to do is fill it with stuff, which I’m sure I’ll manage . I’m confident my stuff will be kept dry and secure. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again for any future shed projects.
I was given a time which the 2 lads one was a villa fan came exactly. Within no time at all the shed 8x7ft was up. Took 1 hour and was done correctly. Really pleased with my new shed. I liked the way you order it online and pick what you want. It was easy and simple. I paid a deposit over the phone and the rest in cash which I like. 10 out 10 would very highly recommend this company. I did at first want to stay with a local company but they couldn't be bothered there loss
Easy to select the shed you need and very easy to order. Communications with their office was first class and I now await the delivery of my new shed - so far 5 star service! UPDATE Shed arrived and erected on time. The guys were extremely polite and extremely professional. I am very, VERY satisfied both with the product and the service - I can't recommend highly enough !
The process of ordering your ideal shed just got easier! The Easyshed Ltd website ‘shed design tool’ is very easy and intuitive to use, in no time at all your perfect shed design is right there on the screen and all at an affordable and competitive price, with free delivery and free installation what is not to like! A call to their Customer Service, for advice on possible access restrictions to my site, was handled quickly and very professionally and I left the conversation sure that I had made the right decision to buy my next shed from Easyshed Ltd. With current waiting time July 2021 between 6-8 weeks sooner I hope!, delivery can’t come soon enough. My new workspace is a 7’ x 5’ Pent C Beast Shed, Tanalised in Beast wood, with two Summer windows and Onduline roofing. I’ll be sure to let you know how the installation went with images of the final results!
So far so good. The website a bit confusing for those living in Scotland as big banner at top of page says "We will install your shed completely free in the UK, but a smaller box above this specifies this is for England and Wales only. Then when being shown the total cost it also states the price includes delivery, but again during placing order process one suddenly finds the total cost has shot up because at flat 20% fitting charge for Scotland postcodes has been added. However, once you get your head around this conflicting information the Easyshed website is great for being able to design a shed to your own specifications which is great when trying to fit a shed into a restricted space but having as large a shed as one can in that space. Hopefully rest of the process will be as easy and hassle free. After shopping around, prices are competitive - so for the great option of being able to design a shed to your own specs, would certainly recommend.
Very easy website to navigate and configure shed. Great that installation and delivery are also included in price. Nice quick lead time too - can't wait for our shed to be installed and start filling it up!
Creating a custom shed couldn't be easier. Online chat/service was equally as good. I am hoping that the delivery/installation will be just as smooth - lead time quoted was 3-4 weeks.
The website was a dream to use. I designed about 10 sheds in all to see what was what. I shall definitely recommend this company. The Live Chat was quick, polite and useful. Such a pleasure to know there are still manners and customer service out there.
