The whole experience was great, the delivery was quick and nothing was damaged. The delivery guy was very helpful and friendly. Cutting and fixing the panels was straightforward and they look great.nnVery pleased and would use and recommend Easy Panels again.
Ive worked with alot of company's and hands down these are the best ive worked with! Everyone i came in contact with was amazing! And from everyone one I spoke with delivering their products had nothing but good words about the products and their experience with them. Ill recommend to anyone !
5/5 Stars – Absolutely Brilliant Experience with Easy Panels!nnQuick delivery, great product, and packaged very solidly - ordered 3 x grey oak acoustic panels and fixgins! The in-house delivery team knocked it out of the park, but James? What a legend! Fueled by customer happiness and clearly a Monster or two, he was extremely polite, asked exactly where we wanted the panels, and had the best can-do attitude I’ve ever seen.nnHuge thanks to the whole Easy Panels crew — and a massive shout-out to James for making it an absolute pleasure. Will 100% be back!
very poor customer service/after sales and unable to take any accountability for faulty goods all four of the panels had bent damaged corners from transport and packaging was open as pictured from the delivery driver. Luckily the damaged parts were going to be offcuts on this job. 1 of the four panels was scratched and 1 of the panels was a slightly different colour and as it had been cut, they were unable to replace with the correct colour even though the only way you could tell the colours were different is when they were dry fitted on the wall next to each other. very disappointed with the quality of service and with the product itself. I would definitely not recommend this company and avoid at all costs.
From first ordering to delivery was first class. Delivery driver James was outstanding nothing any problem for him. Very polite and very helpful. Very highly recommended company to deal with.
